Breaking news, the tropical storm named Danielle has been powering up in the Atlantic and has officially been upgraded to the status of hurricane by the National Hurricane Center.

Hurricane Danielle is moving in a westerly direction it is anticipated that it will continue to gain speed over the course of the next couple days, according the National Hurricane Center. It was also expected to turn toward the northwest by Wednesday.
